Hi lovely, I’m Rachael — mum of two, Latin dance addict, certified fitness coach, and creator of The Tooshie Toner. Like so many mums, after having my babies I found myself stuck between exhaustion, body changes, and a deep desire to feel like me again — but not the pre-baby version. A new, stronger, more confident version.

I didn’t want boring gym routines or crash diets. I wanted fun. Movement that felt GOOD. I wanted to celebrate my body, not punish it. So I started dancing again. Adding resistance. Building strength. And something magical happened: my confidence came back. My sparkle returned. My booty got a whole lot perkier. And that’s how The Fitness Mamma was born.
